Purchased for my elderly father who has hard time hearing. He loves the phone and hearing capability. He does not like having to adjust the volume on each call. He wants to set the volume and it stay the same each call. I set the phone up for my father. He would never have understood the complicated directions. I took me quite a while to figure out how to set the area code for each call that comes in. The instructions should be simple and all together in one section.
